What is holding you back

We are told that to achieve our goals and become successful we need more information. But, if it was information all we needed, we would most likely all be healthy, wealthy, successful, have the body of our dreams and the best partner. The reality is that what prevent most of us from realising the life we want is intrinsically tight to our unconscious beliefs. Thoughts that have been repeated over and over, and that lie unnoticed in the background directing our decisions and limiting our capabilities.
Of course, our unconscious beliefs are directly connected with a fundamental need for survival. In turn, our survival largely depends on our ability to integrate information about danger, to feel pain and distress at times of separation (e.g., birth and death) and to adaptively move forward from it over the course of time.
It is sometimes the case that we get stuck and unable to resolve difficulties experiences or are able to move forwards with distortions that prevent us from stepping into the best version of ourselves and a new level of happiness
